Hi Everyone!

First, here's the schedule for the remaining Knit Nights Out for 2025: Nov. 11 & 25 and Dec. 9 & 23. Pine & Porch, 6-8 pm.

Second, there are some fabulous new yarns in the shop! From Cascade, additional colors of handpaints in Cascade 200. Customer Linda paired one of them with Inka and the result is just a fabulous bulky weight yarn in stunning colors.  You can see some pretty pairings here, and I'll post Linda's sweater when she finishes it! If you'd like to experiment with your own pairings of these or any other yarn in stock just email me at coastalpurl@gmail.com and from there we can arrange a time to text some pics!

Also from Cascade, a refresh on Anchor Bay (a DK weight 50/50 merino cotton, machine washable) with some additional colors.  Do check out Friday Harbor (a worsted weight 80% merino, 20% silk, hand wash)as well. You can see all the colors on my website: coastalpurl.com.

Ramboillet from Juniper Moon Farm is a soft squishy DK that is soft and plush. You'll want to use this for items that you wear against your skin - think the softest scarves, hats and of course sweaters.

Trill is a new yarn from Urth Yarns in Turkey. It's a blend of 80% merino and 20% linen. It's lovely and, incredibly, machine washable in cold water. This is a yarn like any other linen that will continue to soften with washing and wearing, but with all that merino it's gentle on your hands right off the skein. 

Also from Urth, Carmen, a handpainted patterned yarn that you'll love not just for socks, but for stunning scarves and shawls. Shown below with a sample of how it works up in a sock. I also have some additional gorgeous colors of Uneek Fingering.  I love it for the Maksi Tee by Catherine Salter Bayar on Ravelry.

I'll be away for the next couple of days visiting my grands, but Peggy has kindly agreed to be here for you.  As the daylight is getting shorter she'll head out around 4 pm Thursday 10/23 and Friday 10/24, but regular hours 9-1 on Saturday. I'll return Tuesday.
