As we head into the one-week countdown to Thanksgiving I just want to take a moment to thank all of you. As of the beginning of November the shop has been open six months! While opening during a pandemic wasn't a part of my business plan, it is now a part of all of our everyday lives. Together we have built community in a most remarkable way; thank you to all of you.
With the theme of knitting in mind (of course!) I am sharing a link one of my customers shared with me from King Arthur Flour for a sweater-themed piecrust - could there possibly be anything more perfect? I plan to give it a try and promise to share a picture - the photos below are theirs not mine... I have had my share of Pinterest fails, but I remain ever optimistic.
The shop will be closed Thanksgiving Day, but will be open Friday, 11/27 (11 am-6 pm) and Saturday 11/28 (9 am-1 pm). If you need a gift or a gift certificate for a knitter or crocheter on your list, need help putting together a kit for a friend, want ideas for a quick (or challenging) project, or just need a break from the frenetic craziness of Black Friday, please swing by.
